Why is Plan.B "never" picking the phone when I call?
We are sorry, but we are a really small team and we are supporting an ever increasing number of clients. Because of that, we cannot always answer calls immediately (not even during regular office times, and not even if someone calls us five times in a row within two minutes...
We prefer that you contact us by email to info@planb.social, whenever possible. Emails to this address are usually answered within 1-2 working days.
Why do you not use WhatsApp, Facebook, or any other "convenient" app that "everyone" uses?
Under the obligation of the GDPR, we are not allowed to use providers from outside of the European Union for confidential communication with our clients or providers who are not bound to adhere to the GDPR. Actually, we consciously chose not to use or support such providers, too.
Besides; any contact by any other means than email results in a much bigger necessary effort on our side to process the informations and documents you send us. So, again: please use email (Gmail etc.) to contact us, whenever possible.
But I don't have "email"!
Sorry, but if you are using a smartphone or other digital device to read this website, chances are that you indeed own an email account. Search your smartphone for the Gmail app (Android) or e.g. Apple Mail (iPhone), which should come preinstalled on your device.
