We are an independent, solidarity-based counseling center for the Tübingen region with a focus on asylum and immigration law.

We offer free counseling for refugees, qualified migrants, volunteers, and employers. Together, we want to enable as many people as possible to have good prospects of staying in Germany.

We want a refugee policy that combats the causes of flight and adheres to human rights and international refugee law.

We therefore oppose the increasing “reject-refuse-deport” policy of the current federal government with our “Plan B”: for the Right to Remain instead of deportation!

Nach 6 Jahren Kampf endlich Bleiberecht für zwei jesidische Frauen

Ende Januar haben zwei in Tübingen lebende jesidischen Frauen endlich ihren irakischen Reisepass erhalten. Die 23-jährige Frau Z., die sich in einer Ausbildung zur Notfallsanitäterin befindet, wird nach einer gewissen Zeit des Wartens auf den Ausweis die Aufenthaltserlaubnis nach § 25a erhalten. Ihre Mutter muss jedoch weiter auf unbestimmte Zeit warten, denn in ihrem Pass ist ein Schreibfehler und deswegen will die Ausländerbehörde die Aufenthaltserlaubnis erst nach Korrektur dieses Fehlers ausstellen.

On Saturday, 22nd November at 4:00pm in Panzerhalle (Französisches Viertel, Tübingen), there will be a solidarity live concert with two brass bands: "bunt und laut" from Karlsruhe and the "Brassbusters" from Tübingen. The benefits of the concert will go to move on (and therefore, to Plan.B)....
